What makes our race run... volunteers!
Join us Sunday morning April 18th for a few hours of fun and community support. Perhaps a friend or family member is running and you want to help make the event extra special by volunteering and cheering them on. You might be involved with an organization that will be benefited by this event. For whatever reason you are volunteering - the Run Rocklin organizers thank you!
Volunteer opportunities include:
Course Marshall - directs runners, walkers, spectators and automobiles at all intersections
Registration Assistant - Greet participants and assists them in completing their race day registration
Packet Pick-up Coordinator - Greets participants, directs and assists in the distribution of the race packets
Expo Area Assistant - Assists in the set-up of the vendor expo area and directs vendors to their area
Finish Line Assistant - Assists in the set-up of the finish line, greets finishers and removes their timing chip
*** Training session for all volunteers held prior to April 18th, 2010: specific date and time will be announced closer to the race. ***
